Larry Pine was born March 3, 1945 in Arizona. He grew up in Midland, Texas where he became involved with acting in high school after transferring out of speech class. Larry had roles in high school drama and worked at the community theater in Midland, before bouncing around from college to college and ending up at New York Universityís School of the Arts.

Pine has had a long career as an actor. His TV and movie credits include The Royal Tenenbaums, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Moonrise Kingdom, Q , House of Cards, Maid in Manhattan and most recently the TV series Succession
